No servers in Happ — what to do
Happ has no servers of its own — they come from your VPN service's subscription. Start by refreshing it: pull the list down. If that does not help, follow the steps below, and if you have no working subscription, connect KANAK.
- 17 countries
- 199 ₽ a month
- Unlimited traffic
- up to 5 devices
What to do if Happ has no servers
- Check that a subscription has been addedIf Happ has no subscription link at all, the list will always be empty. Tap “+” and add the link from the clipboard or by scanning a QR code — your VPN service provides it.
- Refresh the subscriptionPull down on the server list or tap the refresh icon next to the subscription name. Happ will download the servers again — often that is enough.
- Check the expiry date and trafficOnce a subscription expires or its traffic runs out, the service stops providing servers. Renew it in your VPN provider's account.
- Check the device limitMany services return an empty list when you go over the device limit. Unlink an old device in the provider's account or raise the device limit on your plan.
- Turn on automatic date and timeIf the date and time are set manually and have drifted, the secure connection fails and the subscription will not load. Turn on automatic date and time in the device settings.
- Update HappOlder versions of the app may not understand newer subscription formats. Install the latest version — the download links are at the top of this page.
- Get a working subscriptionIf the service has shut down or its subscription address is blocked, none of these checks will help — you need a new provider. A KANAK subscription is added to Happ with a single tap.
Why Happ says “No servers”
Happ is a free client for VLESS, Trojan, Shadowsocks and other protocols. It has no servers of its own: the list arrives through a subscription link from a VPN service. So “No servers” is almost never a fault in Happ itself. It means the link has not been added or has stopped working, or the service returned an empty list — because the subscription expired, the device limit was reached or the subscription address was blocked.
How to get working servers for Happ in 2 minutes
Sign up for a KANAK account and start the free trial — 7 days and 10 GB, no card. The account is in Russian: on the home screen tap «Установить подписку» (Set up subscription), then «Начать на этом устройстве» (Start on this device), «Добавить подписку» (Add subscription) and «Добавить» (Add). The browser will ask to open Happ — allow it, and the app imports the subscription by itself. The servers appear right away, along with «Автовыбор» (Auto), which picks a working, least-loaded server for you. The subscription updates automatically, so new servers are added without you doing anything.
Servers are there, but Happ will not connect
Then the problem is not the subscription but the network. Pick «Автовыбор» (Auto) or another country — one address may be slow on your provider's network while the next one works fine. If your mobile carrier only lets through sites on an allow-list, pick a server marked with a star and LTE: KANAK keeps those entry points specifically for mobile networks. If nothing works, message support on Telegram and we will tell you which server suits your carrier.
