Why AI tools do not open in some countries

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are not officially available in every country, Russia included: the service sees your address and shows “not available in your country” or refuses to sign you in. Image, video and music generators — Midjourney, Suno, Magnific, Runway, ElevenLabs — also often block sign-up or sign-in from such addresses, and some of their servers respond slowly.
