Public offer and terms of use

1Definitions

Service / KANAK VPN — the hardware and software system that provides access to a VPN. User — the person who has taken out a subscription. Operator — the administration of the KANAK VPN service.

2Subject matter

The Operator provides the User with access to the VPN service by subscription for the chosen term. This document is a public offer: paying for a subscription means full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.

3Price and payment

the base price is 199 ₽ a month for 1 device;
each additional device is +49 ₽ a month (up to 3 devices at the same time);
a free 7-day trial period is available (once per account, no payment, 1 device);
payment is made with a Russian bank card (Visa, Mastercard, MIR) or via SBP.

The current price is shown in your personal account and may be changed by the Operator; a period already paid for is not recalculated.

4Activation and term

The subscription is activated automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. The term runs from the moment of activation. When it ends, access is suspended until the next payment.

5Refunds

Because access to the Service is granted immediately after payment, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law. For refund questions please contact support — we review every request individually.

Having trouble connecting? Write to support before requesting a refund — in most cases the problem is solved within a few minutes.

6Referral programme and bonuses

For every 3 invited users who pay for a subscription, the referrer receives 700 ₽ on their internal balance. The bonus balance can be used to pay for a subscription and cannot be withdrawn as money. The Operator may change the terms of the programme.

7Acceptable use

The User undertakes not to use the Service for anything that breaks the law, nor for sending spam or malware, attacking third-party resources or any other action that harms third parties or the infrastructure of the Service.

one account covers up to 3 devices at the same time;
reselling access to third parties without the Operator's consent is prohibited;
the Operator may restrict access if violations or suspicious activity are detected.

8Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running without interruption, but does not guarantee the absence of technical outages caused by circumstances beyond its control (actions of providers, blocking, force majeure).

9Confidentiality

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10Changes and contacts
